Tracking updates may pause while shipments clear customs or transition between facilities. If the status remains unchanged for more than 48 hours, contact Customer Service.

Yes. Use On Demand Delivery within MyFastLane+ to reschedule, reroute, or release your shipment for contactless delivery.

Report issues immediately through your FastLane account manager or contact support with your tracking number, invoice, and photos of any damage.

Invoices are available within the FastLane billing portal. Reach out to your account team or Customer Service to request access and automated statements.

Duties and taxes are typically paid by the receiver unless otherwise agreed. FastLane can bill the shipper or a third party for customs charges using a valid account number.
